NOMINEE BIOGRAPHIES
ALL VOTING WILL TAKE PLACE ELECTRONICALLY
Where a motion, decision or election is required, voting will take place electronically on the Vero Online Voting portal, irrespective of whether a member attends in person or online.
REGISTRATION , PROXIES, VOTING
Members wishing to attend the meeting or give a proxy are required to:
• Register your attendance for the AGM either in person or online via the Vero Online Voting portal. Members must register by 4pm on Thursday 16 November 2023. Your registration will be verified and you will receive an email link to log into the Vero Online Voting portal.
• Members giving a proxy to another member must do so via the Vero Online Voting portal. Proxies must be lodged by 4pm on Thursday 16 November 2023. Once you have given your proxy you will not be able to vote at the meeting.
• All registered members attending in person or online will be able to vote via the Vero Online Voting portal.
ASSOCIATE MEMBERS
Pursuant to Clause 7(f) of the Constitution, an Associate Member is entitled to receive notice of, attend and participate in the AGM but may not vote.

The latest AGM information will be available from the Society's AGM web page here (this page) and via the Vero Online Voting portal.
The AGM page will be updated with information about nominees for Council positions as they are received, noting that nominations close at 5.00pm Wednesday 08 November 2023.
