The Licensing Officer can assist with:

  • Practising certificate applications and queries
  • Trust account forms
  • Annual CPD Certificates
  • Supplementary CPD Certificates
  • Certificates of Fitness (Good Standing)
  • CPD point history
  • Membership applications
  • Member services e.g. robing rooms, court boxes
  • Updating your employment and/or personal details* – this can also be done here.

*Imposed under s70(1) of the Legal Profession Act, practitioners must notify the Law Society NT as soon as it is reasonably practicable every time their details change.
