As part of CDU’s Judges Lecture Series, the NT Supreme Court’s Acting Associate Justice Craig Smyth will be delivering a Lecture at 5:30 pm next Monday 13 October, in the Moot Court room on Level 4 of the CDU Danala (City) Campus, entitled: “Order in the Court: Managing Sovereign Citizens.”  

Acting Associate Justice Smyth’s lecture will canvass the issues Sovereign Citizens present from the Court’s perspective in terms of who they are, what sorts of arguments they raise, the “harm” they can do and how they are managed.
