Membership Vacancies - Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal
The Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal is a statutory body established under the Legal Profession Act 2006 to consider complaints made against legal practitioners.
Expressions of interest are sought from Australian lawyers, holding current practising certificates, to fill two membership vacancies on the Tribunal from 22 May 2021 onwards. Members are appointed for a term of three years by the Attorney General and Minister for Justice and are paid a daily sitting fee.
