With transfer capability in PEXA expected in November, now is the time to onboard onto PEXA and prepare your team.

PEXA, in conjunction with Australian Institute of Conveyancers Northern Territory (AICNT) and Law Society NT, is pleased to support practitioners as they learn how to undertake digital property settlements using the PEXA platform.

The PEXA team will be on the ground to provide practical training sessions designed to help you build confidence using PEXA for digital lodgement and settlement, with hands-on guidance every step of the way.

Please bring your laptop so you can access the PEXA Training Platform and follow along during the hands-on activities.

What you’ll learn:

• How PEXA supports digital property transactions
• The process and timelines to register and onboard in the PEXA Exchange
• The steps involved in completing a digital property settlement using the PEXA Exchange
• Practical tips for using the platform
• How to access online training, support and resources

Suitable for new users, the sessions will also provide an opportunity to ask questions directly with the PEXA team.

Due to masterclasses popularity, registrations are limited to two attendees per firm to enable as many firms as possible to attend. Each session is capped at 16 attendees. If you are not among the first 16 registrants, you will be added to the waitlist for a future training session.
