Albert Einstein said ‘A clever person solves a problem - a wise one avoids it’. But it is not always easy to see the wise pathway.
This interactive seminar explores values and ethical practice. It identifies challenges in legal practice with:
• litigation, negotiation and mediation
• culture and work environments.
Several challenging examples will be discussed which are thought provoking and require legal assessment. The goal of the session is to help practitioners increase confidence when implementing ethical priorities and behaviours.
