A useful session for junior practitioners and a refresher for those more experienced.
Practitioners will leave with a clear understanding of this critical area of law and gain practical knowledge on how to identify relevant costs, how to argue for those costs and how to approach litigation from the start, in a way that maximises the recovery for your client.
