This workshop examines the application of limitation periods in civil litigation and the ways to avoid being time barred if a limitation period is raised in proceedings. It will provide an overview of the major issues for newly admitted practitioners and will provide a refresher for more experienced practitioners.

Hamish is a barrister at William Forster Chambers who has practised in commercial litigation for over 10 years. He joined William Forster Chambers in July 2016 and prior to that worked in the commercial litigation teams of large commercial law firms in Sydney.
