The Northern Territory Courts and Tribunals will soon be moving to an all-electronic environment. The days of the paper based court file and paper based briefs are numbered. This workshop will cover Project Odyssey which is the development of court’s new electronic case management system. Specific topics will include project objectives, the transformation of paper-based courts to electronic courts and a demonstration of the system’s electronic filing and search capabilities.

Chris Cox has been working in courts administration in the NT or 30 years. He has been Principal Registrar of the Local Court, Sheriff and Registrar of the Supreme Court. Chris has been in the executive management of Courts since 2012 and has been on the roll of legal practitioners since 2008.
