A growing body of scientific research shows that mindfulness training can reduce stress levels, assist in managing chronic pain and make a real difference to people’s quality of life. Studies have also shown that it can boost the immune system and induce changes in the brain that are linked to better moods.
Mindfulness training can create an open space of awareness from which people can start choosing to live well as best as they can and engage in the world more fully.
The value of mindfulness goes beyond simple health benefits and the rewards can be great.
