The Northern Territory Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NTCAT) is a super tribunal for the Northern Territory set up to assist people to quickly resolve disputes that would otherwise have been dealt with by the courts or other boards and tribunals.
This CPD will cover the recent developments in NTCAT including some relevant cases.

Mark O’Reilly was appointed a Member of NTCAT in Alice Springs in December 2016. Before that he started his own practice and was previously the Principal Legal Officer at CAALAS. Mark has many years experience as a Criminal Lawyer, a good understanding of Legal Practice in the public and NGO sector, an interest in social justice issues and a long term relationship with Alice Springs.
