Overview
This seminar will be an update on current employment law and what constitutes adverse action claims before Fair Work Australia. Allegations of adverse or discriminatory conduct by employers are becoming more frequent in FWA. There will be an overview of the relevant sections, and a discussion of applicable case law. There will also be a discussion of Common Law breach of employment contract claims.

Bruce is a member of William Forster Chambers with a special interest in employment law and litigation. He has returned to Darwin after working for the past ten years in Sydney and Adelaide.
