What is emotional intelligence? Who cares really. We know that emotional intelligence, however defined, is important in every role. So, the more important question is how do we develop emotional intelligence? During this presentation, Dr Moss will present a sequence of practices, each validated scientifically, that can be applied to develop this capacity.
