This CPD presentation will look at common mistakes and issues practitioners may come across when reviewing or arranging Permanent Impairment Assessments for their clients, and will address ways to maximise the value of a Permanent Impairment Assessment. The presentation will also look at process of evaluating Permanent Impairment and avenues of appeal within the statutory schemes of Workers Compensation and Motor Accident Compensation.

Sarah Mills is a personal injuries Associate practising in Maurice Blackburn’s Darwin Office.
Sarah first joined Maurice Blackburn in 2010 and since that time has assisted clients who have been injured at work, in a motor vehicle accident or on public property to access compensation and exercise their legal rights. Sarah has extensive knowledge of the workers’ compensation, MACA and public liability compensation schemes.
